Hay momentos en que la sombra del ser requiere lavarse y para ello la persona debe arrojar se al rio de las emociones , al principio la sombra pesa y parece que se unde jalando al ser con ella a lo mas profundo , ahí se piensa que será  el fin y desea que venga alguien a sacarle del posible ahogamiento, Pero después de largo tiempo se da cuenta que no hay quien tenga el suficiente poder de sacarle y cargarle, su dilucidación le muestra la gran verdad que solo él debe y puede sacarse y cargarse así mismo, es entonces que su parte diviva emerge desde la sombra  en un angel luminoso,  toma su mortal cuerpo y lo eleva renovado, limpio y mas poderoso a una nueva forma de vivir.

There are times when the shadow of the self needs to be cleansed, and to do so, one must throw oneself into the river of emotions. At first, the shadow feels heavy and seems to be sinking, dragging the self down with it to the deepest depths. There, one thinks this will be the end and wishes for someone to come and rescue them from possible drowning, But after a long time, they realize that no one has the power to pull them out and carry them. This realization reveals the great truth that only they themselves must and can pull themselves out and carry themselves. It is then that their divine part emerges from the shadow as a luminous angel, takes hold of their mortal  body, and lifts it renewed, cleansed, and more powerful into a new way of living.
