Shipping and crating    We ship via Federal  Express.  All works of art are packaged as necessary to prevent damage in shipment.    When possible (depending on the texture of the paint), we recommend paintings be dismounted from the stretcher bar, rolled and sent in a PVC tube.  Please note: watercolors are shipped flat, and cannot rolled. With exception of complex or oversized works of art, we will quote an estimated shipping and crate cost; if actual costs are lower, we will refund the difference.  If you have your own Federal Express account, we may ship using your account. 

Framing   The majority of our oil and acrylic paintings come mounted on a stretcher bar.  Most artists prefer to leave the framing to the taste of the collector.  Not having the extra dimensions of the frame also saves on shipping costs.   If you are a resident of Vallarta and wish to have an item framed, we are happy to deliver your paintings to a local framer in Puerto Vallarta.  However,  Galleria Dante cannot choose framing or colors.  It is necessary that you stop by the framing shop to explain what you would like done.  We feel this to be a very personal issue, and we prefer to leave that to your discretion.  All framing costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
